How much is shipping?
We offer free Ground shipping for domestic orders over $75. Your shipping is calculated when you check out based on the shipping option that you choose. You can calculate multiple shipping options before your final checkout. Shipping is calculated before your payment method is selected.

We also ship to military and International address.

If the address that you provide is undeliverable and is returned to Luv My Bag, you will be billed for new shipping charges to the correct address. Please double check your shipping address before finalizing your order.

Why do you need my phone number?
Your contact phone number is only used if there is a problem with your shipping address or if any information is needed for Luv My Bag to fill your order. Your contact number is never sold or shared.

All international orders require a phone number on the shipping information for the receiving country’s customs. Your order will not ship without it.

How soon will I receive my order?
Your order will ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated. For orders delivered to the US, we use 1st Class Mail, Parcel Post and Fed Ex Ground for economy shipping depending on the weight of your order and where it is being delivered to. Please allow 2-9 days for standard/economy shipping. You have the option to choose USPS Priority Mail for a 2-3 day delivery time with tracking. You will receive an email with shipping confirmation once your order is shipped. Please note: tracking information for 1st class mail and parcel post is not always available.

If your order is shipping outside the US you will have the option of 1st class Intl mail, USPS Priority Intl or USPS Priority Express Intl mail. You will have those options available to you at check out . Price is calculated by delivery address. You will receive notice of shipping with tracking information. Depending on your country and local mail delivery, priority Intl and express Intl may not be able to be tracked once inside your country’s borders. Tracking information is not available for 1st class mail. Priority and Priority express will have tracking information.

Please note that depending on the country of delivery, customs, delivery time and tracking information will vary.

Shipping charges are based on the weight of your purchase and are calculated at checkout. You can calculate, change and view your shipping charges and order total at anytime before your payment method is requested. Your payment method is not requested until your shipping charges have been totaled with your order and you are ready to pay for your order.

Do you accept returns?
Returns are approved within 30 days of receipt.

Please request a return authorization number by emailing us at sales@luvmybag.com
We will not be able to accept any returns without a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Please specify reason for return and your choice of product exchange or refund.

Products must be in new and unused condition with all tags attached and be in original packaging.
Returns without tags will NOT be accepted
Returns must be sent back to us prepaid and insured (by the carrier of your choice).
Items marked “FINAL SALE” cannot be exchanged or returned.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Include a copy of the original packing slip
Authorization # must be printed on the outside of the returning package.

Once authorization is given, the return must be received by Luv My Bag within 15 days of authorization.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
Prices are calculated in U.S. dollars.
After an order is placed, an order confirmation will be sent immediately via e-mail. Credit cards will be charged at the time of checkout for all items in your shopping cart. If you receive notice that an item or items are backordered, you can choose to cancel the order and your card will be refunded for any backordered items that you do not wish to wait for.

Is 2nd Day Air Shipping available?
Yes. 2nd day air is available thru Fed Ex. Make sure you provide a phone # and email address for contact since time is of the essence. Luv My Bag will call you with a quote. Once you approve the quote, a Paypal request for shipping charges will be emailed to the email address that you provided.You will then be able to pay using the card of your choice.

We will ship your order once the shipping funds have been received. We will do our best to ship out your order as quickly as we can. Please provide your best contact # so that we can make this happen for you.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Luv My Bag ships our packages via USPS International 1st class mail, International priority and international express.

At checkout, the shopping cart will offer you choices and charges for shipping for the items that you have chosen. Please add the recipients and your phone numbers. Luv My Bag must have the recipient’s phone number to process your order.

If you want overnight shipping via Fed Ex, please email us at sales@luvmybag.com We must have an exact address for this. Fed EX can not give you a quote without a full delivery address and delivery phone #.

Luv My Bag is not responsible for any Customs fees and taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check for your local fees and taxes before ordering.

Do you offer wholesale?
Luv My Bag does not offer a wholesale program.

Is your website secure to order from?
